My mission is responsible leadership. I help leaders clarify and implement their vision. My coaching takes several forms: individual, teams, mastermind groups, walks in the Sahara desert.
Having an international business culture, I lived and worked in France, Tunisia, Italy, and the United States. I live in Quebec since the fall of 2018
I co-wrote “Mastermind Groups, Accelerators of Success”. Collective intelligence is at the heart of my know-how.
I have worked internationally in commerce, marketing, project management. I completed my career as a personal advisor to the CEO, a former American No. 2 at HP, at the time of the IPO. This is how I became a coach.

Type of coaching and description
I practice intuitive coaching. It all depends on customer needs. Careful, empathetic listening is my main tool.
Sometimes I work from specific, written objectives and indicators. Other mandates are purely tactical work. In my practice, I draw on my field experience, the advice of my coaches, numerous readings, effective methods and teachings such as the Toltec Agreements.

“Everyone deserves a coach”, that’s my belief. I accompany very different profiles, from the CEO leading thousands of people in a large group, to a self-employed to the individual worker. What motivates me is to walk the path of personal and professional transformation with each leader.
I support my clients to get closer to their alignment. Together, we work on concrete issues of crisis, re-motivation, delegation, business transformation, negotiation, communication, strategy. The result is rooted in a posture of an assumed responsible leader.
